Synopsis

Eldred Henstare is a not so powerful witch who’s been left in charge of helping the city’s lingering spirits to move on. He usually handles it pretty well, but something’s wrong with the spirit leading him to the abandoned lighthouse.

Mo Vin likes his quiet life in the cottage next to the lighthouse, at least it’s quiet until one night when Eldred Henstare—young, beautiful and crazy—arrives. After that night things aren’t the same. A man is found dead on the beach outside Mo’s cottage, and he’s almost sure he’s the one who killed him, except it doesn’t make sense. Why would he kill anyone?

Eldred needs to get rid of the ghost haunting Mo. If he doesn’t Mo’s life is in danger, but to do it he needs both Mo and his brother Lachtin to help out.

Review

A wonderful and delightful read...I just loooooved it!!
Eldred is the guardian of the city, helping spirits cross over, and he is a not a powerful witch. On the other hand, he is a thoroughbred flirt !!

He is drawn toward, something ....and he doesn't know exactly what it is.

It's cold and raining, finally, there is a door he can knock on... Behind the door is Mo

Mo feels and sees strange things and he is very confused.

Eldred helps him and not only because he is the guardian... he is impressed by Mo and feels attracted to him.  Only he thinks of himself as weird... There’s no chance it's mutual…is there?

With the help of his brother Lachtin and Mo, Eldred has to get rid of the Fetch.

We meet spells, magical light, witches, spirits, ghosts and a twin!! A wonderful fantasy, with more magic than you could ever imagine!

This story is written in a way I loved dearly; building up anticipation and a lot of humor, a bunch of magic and the tiniest piece of ghostly suspense. There are so many lines I want to highlight and send into the world... gosh.... sigh.
